The restaurant is located in the building of Pago del Vicario winery. On the one hand, it has a splendid view of 130 hectares that integrates Pago del Vicario vineyard and, on the other hand, of the winery’s barrel room. It offers the possibility of carrying out both wine tourism activities such as guided tours, wine tastings and menus paired with wine.
The cuisine of Pago del Vicario is based on the frankness of flavours and raw materials. The rotation of the menu is dynamic in the offered meals, being seasonal products always present and taking into account that what actually matters is both the product and quality.
